Bradley Base Belted Rose Lamp Base Pattern (LB10-1)

The glass is furnished in sheets, not pre-cut.

The shade shown is made using the #2353 cone-shaped hard styrene mold. The shade is 22 inches in diameter and 7 inches tall. This shade coordinates with the Belted Rose base pattern, #2902.

The Belted Rose Shade is a three (3) repeat pattern with 360 pieces and requires a 3 7/8 inch vase cap.

Note: It has been reported to us that a 22-inch lampshade atop a Bradley Base results in a lamp that is too top-heavy. Consider using this lampshade atop a traditional lamp base in the same room as your Bradley Base.

The single, or half, version of this form (LB-5) is used for wall sconces, and the double, or whole, version (LB-10) is used for torches and lamp bases. Before using it as a lamp base form, you must cement the two halves together with your own personal clear silicone glue. The widest dimension at the shoulder is about 9-1/2", and it is about 15" high.

The instructions for wiring a Bradley Base calls for a list of parts including various sockets, nuts, washers and things which a person might acquire by scurrying around on a Saturday afternoon in a large city. If you would prefer to do something else on a Saturday afternoon, all of this stuff is available (with the exception of the brass base and the vented cap) in one handy package which you can buy from us at the time you buy everything else. The kit has easy to follow step-by-step instructions in it.
