This little fellow (we presume it's a fellow) is more accurately referred to as a "grotesque" rather than a "gargoyle", as gargoyles are decorative waterspouts that have long necks, and preserve stonework by diverting the flow of rainwater away from buildings. In fact, the term "gargoyle" comes from the French word for throat, from which we also get the verb to gargle. But we digress. As we were saying, this little fellow, let's call him Gary, is indeed grotesque, and will guard your tiny cathedral or dollhouse with aplomb, especially if you give him appropriately handsome stained glass wings, for which patterns and instructions are included. 1-1/2" H x 1-1/4" W
