Books of patterns for windows and larger panels

As with all the designs from Ms. Eaton, these drawings are quite stunning, and could be used as designs for creations other than those in stained glass. Heck, this book is enjoyable merely as a coloring book. To create these in stained glass you will probably want to enlarge these drawings, or just use portions of them, given the level of detail.

Hummingbirds, a lighthouse, doves, various flowers, dolphins, grapes, and a teddy bear, all nicely presented with detailed specifications of how much glass you'll need for each. Eight full-sized designs, mostly 16" x 20", with color photos of finished versions.

These full-size designs range from modest 6" x 18" to a tremendous 20" x 30". Despite the hippy-dippy cover, the designs are elegant and quite beautiful. In here you'll find an iris, tulip, rose, pansy and hydrangea, among others. For each design, the reader is instructed as to how much glass is needed.

This 60 page book contains 150 different designs for sidelights, transoms and door lights. This is probably the most comprehensive book about stained glass for entrances ever published. This is a design book, and the drawings must be enlarged using the grid method. The designs depict a wide variety of subjects, from trellised roses, soaring birds and bouquets of roses to geometric and traditional presentations. The author has included many half-circle fanlight designs, as well as ovals and circles.

This book contains 100 designs in black and white, two full size 16x20" patterns, and 54 color photographs of some of the projects as executed. 100 pages, 8 1/2" x 11".

This popular book by Suzanne Cooper contains 17 full size designs with a Victorian flair. Each design contains from 8 to 36 pieces. Fast and fun to make for the beginner to intermediate skill levels.

This design book contains 16 patterns for large sidelights plus 50 sidelight designs with optional stock and custom bevels. The book begins with a very thorough introduction which gives valuable advice for designing with color, and for choosing subject matter to match the mood of the room or the pocketbook of the client.
