General Usage

General uses for the different shapes of lead came are as follows:

Round "H" Lead Came Round faced double channel lead is used wherever two pieces of glass come together. The round face of the lead makes it possible to bend the lead around sharp corners. A flat-faced lead cannot accomplish this function.	Flat "H" Lead Came Flat-faced double-channel lead is used wherever two pieces of glass come together. This lead is used almost exclusively for window work, especially where straight lines predominate.
Flat "U" Lead Used almost exclusively for the edges of stained glass ornaments, or the edges of lampshades, candle chimneys and terrariums, or if you wish, terraria.
