Morton Thrifty Light Kit (TLK1) The Morton Thrifty Lite Kit (TLK1) is a great way to get a quality light box on the cheap. Comes as unfinished wood with simple assembly required. Morton suggests painting the inside white, or lining it with foil for better light output. Requires a Morton Mini Surface (14.25" by 22.5") and a light fixture, both of which you need to purchase separately. Use the Mini Surface cell side up for glass cutting and smooth side up for drawing. You must purchase a light fixture for the Thrifty Lite Kit. The 25" General Electric Bright Stik and the Lights of America Model 7020 are the two options that will work with the TLK1.
