Ready to learn the ropes of stained glass? Hop into one of our fastest moving courses and get started with your stained glass journey this fall! Registrations are live now!

• Monday Beginner Foil Class -  10 to noon with Kathrene - Starting November 10th!

• Wednesday Beginner Foil Class - 6 - 8pm with Brenda​ - Completely booked! Signups for the next Beginner start in December.

Ready to move on from the Beginner Course? Hop into our Instructed Open Studio with one of our experienced Stained Glass Artisans for four weeks! All sessions are fully booked. Sign ups for new courses start in mid November.

Have a group of friends looking to do stained glass but can't commit to a whole eight week class schedule? Consider booking a workshop with us via phone or email to set up for a Saturday that works for all parties involved.

This 2-hour class session is SIX (6) weeks long, held on Monday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon with Kathrene starting November 10, 2025, at our Rockland, Mass., store. 

We have designed the Beginner Stained Glass Course for those who have never worked with stained glass, or for those who have a very elementary knowledge. 

All necessary tools and materials will be provided.

This 2-hour class session is  SIX (6) weeks long, held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Brenda starting November 5, 2025, at our Rockland, Mass., store.

This 2-hour class session is four (4) weeks long, held on Monday afternoons from 12:30p.m.-2:30p.m. with Kathrene starting Monday, December 1, 2025 at our Rockland store.

If you have a project (or projects) that you could use a little extra help with, these 4-week courses are for you! Bring your copper foil or leaded work-in-progress -- or one that you're just beginning -- and enjoy working among other intermediate and advanced students. You'll learn how to frame in zinc and/or lead, how to improve your solder lines, use patina successfully, and many other insightful tips and tricks from our skilled instructors. Practice your skills on the Morton Cutting System or the Inland ScoreOne for precise glass cutting. Sign up with Kathrene, whose extensive experience can open doors to new and better ways of achieving your desired outcome. Students are required to bring their own tools and to purchase their own supplies due to the variety of projects undertaken. Classes are 2 hours long, from 12:30pm to 2:30pm and run for 4 weeks. The registration fee is $100. We offer 3 different time periods for this class!

Our classroom tables are now available by the hour for Independent Studio Time, by prior arrangement.

To qualify for Independent Studio Time, you must have taken our beginner course, or have equivalent experience. You must provide your own tools and materials. You may use the classroom grinders and certain other tools and equipment.

The classroom tables will generally be available between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm Tuesday through Friday. Please call us in advance to reserve your time slot. If you cannot reach us via phone, shoot us an email at info@whittemoredurgin.com
