We carefully pack our glass so it can be transported safely from our warehouse to you. But unfortunately, as careful as we are, sometimes damage occurs during transit. We want to make it as easy as possible for you so all we ask of you is to examine the glass you receive for damage when it is delivered to you by the carrier, or as soon as possible after you receive it (within three days). Then, please contact us to inform us that your glass arrived damaged. (If damage is noticed while the carrier is present, please note this to the carrier.) We will then do the following:
1. We will replace your order as soon as possible at no cost to you.
2. We will report the damage to the carrier. All we ask of you is to hold the package so it can be inspected by the carrier usually within a few days, if they choose to inspect it.
3. We will notify you whether the carrier will pick up the package and return it to us. If not, you can dispose of the damaged glass.
